Boys Gymnastics

Gymnastics is a great stepping stone for improving flexibility, strength, coordination, agility and balance used not only in this sport, but in many other sports like basketball, football, baseball and more! In this class, your student will rotate through each of the six Men’s Olympic apparatuses including High Bar, Vault, Pommel Horse, Floor Exercise, Rings and Parallel Bars as well as trampoline. Students will begin with the basic skills on each event and progress through to more advanced skills while staying active and engaged throughout.
